Party Duration Parties are strictly limited to 2 hours. The party start and end times are fixed and cannot be extended — please arrive on time so your child enjoys the full session, as the space is prepared for the next party immediately afterwards. Theme & Décor No changes may be made to the selected theme and/or colour scheme once the booking has been confirmed. No changes or additions will be accommodated on the day of the event. Bookings Due to high demand, party bookings are limited. Early confirmation is essential to secure your booking. Please note that no provisional bookings will be held. Cancellations Cancellations are not permitted. However, rescheduling may be requested at least seven (7) days prior to the event date and will be subject to availability. Rescheduling We will make every effort to accommodate requests to change the date or time of a booking, provided sufficient notice is given and availability allows. Rescheduling requests made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled party date cannot be accommodated. Décor & Property All décor items remain the property of IPIC Play and may not be removed from the premises. No additional décor items from external suppliers, other than the approved supplier stipulated by IPIC Play, may be brought onto the premises. Minimum Numbers A minimum of 10 children applies to every party. For fewer than 10 children a small-group fee is added to your quote; it falls away automatically once 10 or more children are booked.
